FACE MASK RECIPES FOR BOTH MALES AND FEMALES
1) Avocado and Yogurt Face Mask
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. plain organic yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. honey
To begin, mash the avocado with a fork then stir in the yogurt and honey until a paste is formed. Afterwards, apply using your fingers or a brush and then leave on for approximately 10–15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. This is proven to be good for those with acne or dry skin.
2) Avocado and Oatmeal Face Mask
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
Mash the avocado with a fork and combine with oatmeal. Then apply to skin, keep on for 10–15 minutes, rinsing off with lukewarm water. This is good to help hydrate dry skin.
3) Avocado and Banana Face Mask
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana
- Egg yolk
Mash both the avocado and the banana separately and then mix together with the egg yolk until it is consistent. Apply for approximately 10–15 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. This recipe is particularly good for people struggling with oily skin.
